FIRST LOOK: Eaglemoss Wonder Woman Figurine

At last, the much anticipated DC Comics Super Hero Collection Wonder Woman figurine has finally been released by Eaglemoss Publications, UK!

These are not even available through the Eaglemoss website yet! I ordered two of them from a collector in France and they will arrive next week. Complete turnarounds and further information will be available a few days after I receive the figurines.

UPDATE 6/7/08: Anyone interested in purchasing the Wonder Woman figurines, send me an e-mail to curator@experiencethewonder.com and I'll put you in touch directly with the person I bought mine from. He has several more available - first come first served!

She looks beautiful Antony! I need to find 2 of these as well I hope they will be able to be found on ebay or can be ordered from Previews.

I've had my LCS looking out for these for over a year since they were first announced. Keep checking the Eaglemoss site: http://www.eaglemoss.com/dc/ I believe the figurines can be ordered by customers in the US. If I find any more information about how to get them sooner, I'll definitely share. I'll also put an e-mail into my French collector friend and see if he has more available.

Basically multiply the pound price by 2.

£14.99 = approx. $30 USD

You got that right my friend! But I wish these were released in the USA. My comic shop lady told me she has the Marvel ones of these and she said she sells them for only $12.00! I'm having her look in to how she can order the DC ones as well. I told her Wonder Woman was #8 in the set and she yold me the only ones she could find in the Prewiews book were the Marvel ones but I emailes the the site for DC and she is looking in to it

Did you buy the figures from my contact in France, or are you going to wait and see if they are released here?

When/if they make it to the states through Previews, the SRP will be $14.99. So it's a fair price overseas, but with the exchange rate it does burn a little. Still, I go to the UK a few times a year and was fine paying a little more to get them now rather than having to wait until my next trip over and risk them being sold out. I also did not want to chance whether they would be offered stateside like the Marvel collection. So paying double to get them early and have pace of mind is a little obsessive, but I'm happy! Hey, Friday was my birthday, so I just used that as an excuse to get myself a couple of these as gifts. :)

I'm going to have to wait until my LCS can get them Antony, With all the expensive Wonder Woman collectables comming out starting next month with Ame-comi Wonder Woman then the JLofA Batman/Wonder Woman statue, the Mattel figures,the Wonder Woman Barbies,the Museum Statue,posters and HC Books ALL out by the end of the year I can not pay that much for the eagelmoss figureines. And I am sure other company's will have Wonder Woman collectables comming out too. I'll just have to wait till they are out in the U.S.

You're right - we do have a lot of cool stuff coming out this year! I'm sure you will be able to order the Eaglemoss Figures from your LCS. Until then, just enjoy our photos! :)
