WONDERFUL! I Think this IS the best Wonder Woman statue yet! And if you email him again tell him "THANK YOU" from me for changing the face sculpt, I don't think I could fall asleep at night with Diana looking at me like that! I would have to throw a towel over her face!

I have to say, while I like the face they are going with, I really prefer the original face sculpt. Andy has shared an early prototype photo of the statue with the original face sculpt completely painted with the clothes on and it is SO much better, in my opinion! He had to change it based on the Art Director's feedback - it was not his original vision. They wanted to go "safer" and less warrior-esque. Most of the sculpting community Andy has shared these photos with agree the original is much more in-line with the theme of the statue.

To me, it looks much more like Terry and Rachel draw Diana's face and matches better with the battle stance pose of the rest of the figure. She really looks like she can kick some butt!

I can not comment on the painted "first" statue beacuse I have never seen it, But the unpainted one just don't look like Diana to me. I have never seen her THAT p!ssed off looking and that's not how I think of Diana. Peace, truth, love and yes a Warrior is what come to mind when I think of Wonder Woman and that statue was not it. I'm glad it was changed but that is MHO. I think the 2nd head sculpt turned out just right, She looks mad but not " I'M GOING TO F*%#ING KILL YOU!!!" like the first one did.

Are you the man that sculpted this statue? WONDERFUL JOB! And like I said the new head sculpt is better in my honest opion. The first one was awesome but just too scarry for my collection. :D Now if I can see her painted I could get a better feel for her.
