Yay! I'm glad you got her Antony! I love mine too! The best of the 3 DC Direct Wonder Woman busts yet, 2nd being JLA and 3rd is the Adam Hughes Wonder Woman bust. This is all only MHO.

Hi there, I received this bust from an eBay sale a week or so ago and it is absolutely FANTASTIC!!!!! While the pose itself doesn't accurately represent WW as currently portrayed (i.e., WW is slipping out of her civilian clothing ala Clark Kent), the Dodson design is nothing short of drooling!! I'm trying to find a spot to place this between my blistercards of Diana Prince and WW just to signify the dynamic of the transformation. What a time to live in, where there's not only a Diana Prince action figure to accompany WW, but a marvelous bust to celebrate her legacy!!! AND, THE LENSES IN THOSE TEENY GLASSES ARE TRANSLUCENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh I like the bust, but for some reason I can't explain, I don't want just a partial figure of WW. I know it's strange, but there it is. I just picked up the 2000 WW statue on ebay. It was sold through the WB store. Below is a pic.

I have WW all over my office at work. It's amazing! All done in good taste and with a smattering of Superman (another favorite) This addition will go great with my WW vs Supes statue.

I absolutely love the WBSS Figurine! I recently contacted the Art Director for DC Comics at the time (Ed Bolkus) and he was kind enough to provide me with heaps of information about all the Wonder Woman products that were made for the Studio Store. He worked really closely with the Art Director for the Studio Store on all DC products and since they never credited artists, designers or sculptors on their products, I was able to find out this information from him!

He said he originally commissioned this sculpt from James Shoop to create a ‘maquette’ to provide licensees for sculpting reference. A casting was then sent into production to create this Warner Bros. Studio Store figurine.

Pretty cool, huh?
