Yes, she is a variant of the Wonder Woman figure which is part of Mattel's DC Universe Classics: Wave 4. You can learn more here:

I believe today Wave 4 showed up for the first time on the shelves in Ohio, so keep checking your favorite retailer! Artemis is a variant "chase" figure for this wave.
