The support forums indicate the servers are updating slower than normal and are looking into why this is happening. It is not just this forum, but all forums.

So, no need to re-post, just wait a bit and keep refreshing the page and your post or reply will eventually show up. Hopefully soon, the phpBB servers that power this forum will be restarted and updates will occur real-time like they normally do.
