This is a known problem on forums powered by phpBB. If they were embedded correctly, the photos are there. So just refresh the page as many times as necessary - eventually the images will appear.

They are showing, the server is just delayed. Check this topic I posted a couple days ago:

I have been checking the support website daily and while the phpBB team is aware and trying to fix the problem for all forum administrators, they have not fully resolved it yet.

So, don't worry, your posts are getting through, it's just taking a bit of time so you won't be able to see them immediately.
