Hey Robey! I got my bust today and will be building and painting it soon. I saw the photos of yours and it looks great! Jesse did a beautiful job for you.

You've already seen my first one built and painted, but I'm trying to decide how I want to paint the re-issue to make it completely different.

Stay tuned!

Lucky you!!! I don't know if mine is dry enuff to send yet! lol, Yes I would make yours look as different as you can, I have seen your work I know you can do it. I love the blue Jesse put on the hair of mine, It reminds me of the Bronze Age look. And the new 18 inch Wonder Woman statue has the blue "HIGHLIGHTS" too!

I'm definitely thinking blue highlights in the hair - I do that for most of my models - even though it's subtle. For this one I'm thinking of making it a brighter blue to make it more obvious since the hair sculpt is so fantastic.

I'm also thinking of using all shiny metallic paints and finishes for the costume so it looks more like armor!

I agree - the sculpt is so wonderful that any paint-up will just add to how beautiful it is.

Jesse did not actually sculpt it, though. Through Resin Pimps, he designs all the pieces and has the sculpts commissioned. The partnership results in such stunning works of art.
