They are the sculptor's photos, not mine, and he is sharing them publicly so I assume it would be fine. Just to be safe, be sure to give him credit in the comment section for each photo you upload - something like this:

I can't give you express permission to use his photos, but by giving him photo credit, he should be okay with it.
